Monsef Consulting and Design was started in 2003 with hopes of one day being able to work for myself on a full time basis. Driving to Bellevue for 14 years started to take a toll and I knew I could provide affordable services to Architects, Home Owners and Contractors without the loss of quality or the personal touch. Finally, in 2007, I took the plunge and never looked back. I was married in 2006, our first son was born in 2009 and now I am able to “work from home” and take care of our boy. In 2011 I registered as a licensed and bonded General Contractor, splitting the company into two entities: Monsef Design Services and Monsef Construction Services…

While I primarily focus on providing affordable residential design and drafting services; my vast experience range & low overhead allows me to offer a wide array of services at affordable prices. I can handle anything from installing tile to helping out with a web site to producing construction documents for your custom home.
Having worked in the building industry for more than twenty one years, working seven years in new construction and remodels and providing architectural services for more than fourteen years, my experience & expertise insures that your personal residence or commercial design will be drafted with strong industry knowledge. You will receive one-on-one attention and your project will be delivered on time and on budget.
